Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Registra iOS application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

The Service is operated by AMC Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 44.085.425/0001-16, headquartered at Av Uruguai 1076, Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais, Brazil. Contact: support@registraa.com.

3. Description of the Service

Registra helps you organize customer service interactions and business service records, including notes, protocol numbers, attachments, audio recordings (if enabled), reminders, and calendar items. Certain integrations such as Apple Calendar, Reminders, and Siri Shortcuts are optional and require your consent on device.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. In jurisdictions with higher age thresholds, parental or guardian consent may be required.

5. Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and the security of your device. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

In‑app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit/App Store. Pricing, tax handling, trial availability, renewal and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms and your App Store settings. We do not collect payment card numbers. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store account settings.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you add to the Service (e.g., records, notes, attachments, audio). You grant Registra a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service and provide features you request (e.g., PDF export, calendar events).

8. Your Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws when recording audio and collecting third‑party data; obtain necessary consents.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, malware, or spam.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use integrations (Calendar, Reminders, Siri) responsibly and only with appropriate permissions.

9. Third‑Party Services

The Service relies on third‑party providers, including Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage), Apple (App Store/StoreKit, Sign in with Apple, Calendar/Reminders, Siri), and Google (Sign‑In). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described there.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by AMC Marketing LTDA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that data will always be preserved.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMC MARKETING LTDA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AMC Marketing LTDA harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risks, or engaged in unlawful behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions will survive, including Sections 10–18.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, except where consumer or mandatory local laws provide otherwise.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance.

18. Apple Terms and Services

Registra is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple's services (StoreKit, Sign in with Apple, etc.). Your use of Apple's services is subject to Apple's terms and policies:
